This Website Design and Development Services Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between: eMG Website Design & Development, hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider", and the client: Eric MG

Initial Project Payment: $585.00
Monthly Payment: $195.00 (for 12 months)

SCOPE OF SERVICES

The Service Provider agrees to design and develop a professional and fully functional website according to the Client’s instructions and preferences. The Service Provider and Client will work collaboratively to ensure the website meets the Client’s branding and business goals.

PAYMENT TERMS

• Initial Payment:
  The Client agrees to make an **initial payment** to begin the project. This payment is non-refundable and secures the project slot.

• Monthly Payments:
  Once the website is approved and ready to go live, the Client agrees to pay the **monthly payment** for 12 months, which covers website hosting, maintenance, technical support, and regular updates.

• Credit/Debit Card Registration:
  A valid credit or debit card must be registered before the website is published. Monthly payments will be automatically charged.

• Late Payments & Grace Period:
  If a monthly payment fails, the Client will have **10 calendar days** to resolve the issue. If payment is not received within that time, the website will be temporarily suspended until the payment is completed.

• Early Full Payment Option:
  The Client has the option to pay the remaining balance in full at any time during the 12-month term to receive ownership and control of the website.

 

OWNERSHIP AND HOSTING TERMS

The website will remain the property of the Service Provider and will be hosted under the Service Provider's Wix account during the 12-month term or until full payment is completed.

After the completion of the 12-month payment term (or full early payment), the Service Provider will transfer full ownership and hosting rights of the website to the Client’s Wix account upon request.

If the Client prefers the Service Provider to continue hosting and maintaining the website after the 12 months, a new monthly rate will be mutually agreed upon.

COLLABORATION AND DESIGN PROCESS

The Service Provider will work closely with the Client throughout the design and development process, incorporating the Client’s vision, ideas, feedback, and branding. The goal is to deliver a professional, user-friendly, and visually appealing website.

The project timeline is typically 10 to 15 business days for completion **after all verbiage and content (text, graphics, images, etc.) have been provided by the Client**.

This Agreement includes up to **2 rounds of revisions**. Any additional revisions may be subject to additional charges.

TERMINATION CLAUSE

If the Client decides to cancel the project before completion, the initial payment is non-refundable, and any work completed up to that point remains the property of the Service Provider.

If the Client fails to make payments as agreed and does not resolve payment issues within the grace period, the Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate the website service.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between both parties and supersedes all prior discussions, agreements, or understandings, whether written or oral.
