Eric is extremely professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and patient. I am new to the website creation process so I leaned on Eric for a lot of direction and his expertise. He would respond to my emails immediately and be never afraid to pick up the phone. He was kind and patient explaining what he was going to do and how the process would work. He did a lot of hand-holding. He was very efficient and was able to complete the project much more quickly than I had anticipated. My website project needed databases and, thankfully, Eric made the process look simple. This was definitely not Eric's first rodeo.
